- Advance Provisioning Allowance (20%APA) is a well-established system designed to ensure a seamless yacht charter experience, efficiently managed by the yacht’s captain. It is used to cover variable expenses during the charter, such as provisions, special requests, fuel, port fees, and other unforeseen costs. Here are the key details about APA: Food provisions are agreed upon by all guests on a yacht, and the cost is shared along with the port taxes and sewage and diesel because all are variable costs.
- Guided tours, ATV tours, or others etc., everything which is provided by third-party suppliers are subject to request.

-Manages variable expenses: It is an amount paid upfront and managed by the yacht's crew to handle purchases and services requested by the client.
-Transparent management: All expenses are documented with receipts, and the captain can provide a detailed breakdown upon request.

-Paid before boarding: Typically, APA represents approximately 20% of the yacht charter’s base price and is paid prior to the start of the trip.
-Covers expenses such as: Onboard provisions Port fees, fuel, and other variable costs.

Unused funds are refunded: At the end of the charter, any unused portion of the APA is fully refunded to the client.

-Accurate financial planning: It helps estimate additional costs while remaining flexible for unexpected needs.
-Streamlines the process: The captain handles all necessary payments, removing the stress of managing these details.

Besides having high quality catamarans and proffesional skippers, we also offer you additional services that adds up to the comfort level.

-Hostess on board – cooking and keep clean & fresh your yacht (breakfast or brunch & 2 remote dinners on yacht) Groceries delivered – by ordering everything online and geting your items delivered to the yacht to help save you time and consuming related issues.

- The deposit depends on the yacht is secured by a credit card or by cash (refundable at the end if no incidents occur).

OUR SAILING FLOTILLA
Unlike traditional retreats, Volatile Bodies invites you to experience life afloat. Each sailing boat offers cozy, charming accommodations, communal spaces for shared meals and conversations, and the freedom to bask in the ever-changing seascape. All cabins have sea views but the best and the ones with added space are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended.

To confirm your place, a non-refundable, date-transferable deposit of €500 is required, with the balance due by 12 April 2025. THE YACHTS
We're happy to have you here and look forward to connecting with you. The yachts are equipped with everything you need, and each cabin has its own toilet and shower. For now, simply choose a monohull or catamaran, and we'll take care of the rest.
