The Guys
Our mission is bringing people together, in events both online and offline: retreats, workshops, classes, webinars, online programs and volunteering, reaching over 1000 people involved in our activities since The Guys was born. We also offer holistic guidance in our one on one private sessions and we have worked with over 300 people individually.
The week
At this retreat we will facilitate: - yoga & animal flow - breathing and nutrition workshop - hikes - guided meditations - group games - functional workouts. 7 days experience where you can combine moments of relaxation on a sailboat and on land with different development methods.. A holistic vacation on a sailing boat to rebalance energies, rediscover the deepest harmony with the inner essence, and enter into connection with the energy of the water, air, earth, that manifests itself in these islands in all its essence.
The Schedule
This is a unique adventure for Digital Nomads, Entrepreneurs, and location independent people where all of the attendants will become boat crew for one week and will get a real hands-on experience of sailing, while discovering Greece, it's natural bays and outstanding outdoors and various islands in the Saronical Gulf to enjoy . We''ll try to keep it one day in secluded bays and one in the port so that we can connect with the nature but also eat at the best tavernas the emazing greek food.
