Advance Provisioning Allowance (20%APA) is a well-established system designed to ensure a seamless yacht charter experience, efficiently managed by the yacht’s captain. It is used to cover variable expenses during the charter, such as provisions, special requests, fuel, port fees, and other unforeseen costs. Here are the key details about APA: Food provisions are agreed upon by all guests on a yacht, and the cost is shared along with the port taxes and sewage and diesel because all are variable costs.

Unused funds are refunded: At the end of the charter, any unused portion of the APA is fully refunded to the client.
